Hi, I just wanted to thank you guys for helping me fix my Xbox 360 overheating issue. There have been no problems at all since I watched your videos, and if anyone else is having a problem like this I highly recommend the
3redlightfix techniques. It's a lot better then that towel trick I tried to use and would last about an hour or two and then I would have to do it again. It's so annoying when you're in the middle of a match (especially playing Halo 3 online) and that happens.
I do have to say it was the guarantee that got me to try your system and eventually fixing the problem. Who in the world offers to fix something in under an hour? Then says we get a total refund without any questions asked if it's not working again in that amount of time. I thought it sounded a little funny, but hey why not, and I really am glad I did. Now my wife, she's not so happy. Well, she was until I got it fixed, but she doesn't understand this is my stress reliever!
In fact I even asked her what she would rather have me do, send it to Microsoft for almost three months or get it fixed now. She laughed and said send it out, but when I told her it would cost $150, she freaked out. So, in the end I think she was extremely happy I chose you over the company that made the Xbox 360 overheating problem a reality do to various reasons. Especially since they wanted to charge an arm and a leg to get it working again.
Every now and again I search the internet to see if anyone else uses the same techniques as you do to fix their Xbox 360s, but I still haven't found anyone. You have a good thing going here, and being true to your beginning statements and guarantees that speaks volumes for your credibility. If you ever need a testimonial or anything, I'd be happy to say a few good words about how you helped me. Wait a minute, I guess I already did.
In that case, thanks again and good luck with your business. I guess you really have worked on hundreds of Xbox 360 consoles in your time. I'll have to look into purchasing bad consoles and fixing them now that I know how to from what you suggested. Maybe I can make a few bucks on the side for some play money or something. Thank you 3 red light fix!
